One of our members, geomarine93 did some analysis of our STAX AI numbers on their own time and found some trends worth sharing…By using the number of days to expiration, he extrapolated the following data:

“I imagine the best way to apply these numbers to future trades is to identify the DTE, match it up with the above to identify the average return and days to high, and place limit orders for the contracts at that median interval. For instance, for contracts dated 141-240 DTE, place an auto-sell at 142.64% for the majority of the previously bought contracts. If that PT is not hit in 8 days, cut the majority of contracts. So, whichever comes first, number of days to high or return on options, follow that procedure for all STAX AI options contracts.”
