Stuck on Loading Screen?

Quick fix for iOS users:Stuck on this loading screen? No worries!

It’s an easy fix.Simply update your mobile OS and reload the STAX app.

Everything should be fixed!In addition, we’ve had a group of users noticing that their enabled STAX alerts are not triggering: We suggest that you try the following:For Apple iOS, make sure you installed the app through Safari, and NOT Chrome. Our iOS alerts extension works through Safari only.For Android users, the Chrome install should work just fine.
